Indulge in our Estate wines, grappa and liqueurs. Guided by our knowledgeable team, you can learn and experience the authentic way to enjoy our spirits within a welcoming environment.
Wine tasting: $10 per person includes a tasting of four Pietro Gallus Estate wines.
Liqueur and Grappa tasting: $15-$25 person. Our selection of “Flights” are the ideal way to taste a variety of our Grappa and Liqueurs.
Tastings are welcomed on a walk-in basis.
If you require a reservation we offer Distillery Tour & Tastings on Saturdays.
John & Nathan
Meet The Team
John is one of our Founders, he grew up making wine and spirits with his father, is constantly cracking jokes and always keen for a swig of Grappa (no matter the time of day). Nathan our Head Distiller, is a Grappa enthusiast, has a Bachelor of Applied Chemistry and to say he knows his fair share about distilling is an understatement.
They have been working side by side for over 5 years perfecting our processes to bring you the best product yet.
