Our Port Cask Grappa Stravecchia is the second release in our barrel-aged grappa series. A refined and robust spirit that captures the perfect harmony between oak and the expressive character of the Barbera grape.

Aged for 5 years in new French oak before being finished in an extraordinary cask that once held port for over 80 years, this grappa reveals layers of rich complexity and depth.

With its unique maturation and unmistakable influence from the port cask, this release is truly one of a kind, limited in number and never to be replicated.

Taste: Vanillin oak spice, fruit cake, raisins, prunes, honey, vanilla and toffee.

Grape: Barbera grape (Yarra Valley), known for its deep red colour, high acidity and soft tannins

Cask: New French oak and finished in 80 year old port cask
