Christmas Shipping Cut Off:

  • Regular Post – order by Wednesday 17h December 2025
  • Express Post – order by Friday 19th December 2025

 

Shipping calculated based on delivery location.

All orders will be mailed out Via Australia Post within 7 business days of order and payment processing, and we will send out notifications with details and a tracking number over email once your package has been posted. When your order is despatched you will receive an email with tracking details via Australia Post. After despatch please allow 7 business days for orders to be delivered via Australia Post, and longer for WA and NT.

Please note delivery times may exceed 7 business day within November and December.

Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as we will not be responsible for orders mailed out to incorrect addresses.

Pietro Gallus Estate will use all reasonable attempts to deliver by any requested or agreed date, however it does not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or anywhere outside of Australia. In the instance the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Pietro Gallo Estate is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery.

Goods will NOT be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. Pietro Gallo Estate may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age.
Pietro Gallo Estate must be notified of damage caused to goods during shipping, within 3 days of delivery. Replacement of goods will be coordinated by Pietro Gallo Estate provided there is satisfactory evidence damage was caused during transit (Photo evidence may be requested).

Return Policy

If you wish to exchange or return for store credit, please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving the product and we’ll be happy to do so. There are no cash refunds, only exchanges or store credit. All items must be returned in unused condition. The individual is responsible for return shipping costs.

For any damaged items due to shipping please notify us within 3 days of receiving and replacement of goods will be coordinated by Pietro Gallo Estate provided there is satisfactory evidence damage was caused during transit (Photo evidence will be requested). Simply email us.
